It was a fantastic time celebrating our Independent Living young adults—foster youth who are aging out of, or have already aged out of, care. The event was filled with fun, food, and community connection!
Attendees enjoyed a delicious meal, backpack/school supply giveaways, a giant waterslide, yard games, raffle prizes, and great company! Our amazing Independent Living team, who helped plan and put on this event, truly understand these young adults and the hardships they face. Their compassion and commitment are at the heart of this event and its success.

- Embellished Salons – for helping supply school essentials for our young adults
Thanks to the support of our team and community, each young adult left with a backpack full of supplies and a smile on their face. We’re so grateful to everyone who helped us uplift and empower these incredible youth as they begin a new school year.
